Welcome to Bombshell Beauty Academy. These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our website, learning platform, online courses, and related services (“Services”).

By enrolling in any course, accessing our content, or using our platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old to enrol in our courses. If you are under 18, you must have permission from a parent or legal guardian.

2. Enrolment and Payments

• All enrolments are final.

• Course access is granted upon full payment or via approved payment plan options.

• We accept multiple payment methods, including credit card, Afterpay, and American Express. We do not accept PayPal.

• Payment plans must be completed in full. Failure to do so may result in revoked access.

• No refunds are issued for change of mind once course materials have been accessed or downloaded.

3. Lifetime Access

“Lifetime access” means the duration of the course’s availability on our platform. If the course is retired, you will be given at least 30 days’ notice and an opportunity to download your content where applicable.

4. Course Submissions and Content Usage

• You may be required to submit assessments, photos, or videos to complete your certification.

• By submitting your work, you grant Bombshell Beauty Academy a royalty-free license to use your submissions for educational, promotional, or marketing purposes (e.g., social media, advertising). You may opt-out of promotional use by emailing us.

5. Student Conduct

You agree to:

• Use our services for lawful and respectful purposes only.

• Not plagiarise, copy, or distribute course materials without permission.

• Not harass, abuse, or spam other students or staff.

• Respect our educators, fellow students, and community guidelines.

Violations may result in immediate suspension or termination of your access, without refund.

6. Intellectual Property

All course content, branding, videos, templates, resources, and documents are the exclusive property of Bombshell Beauty Academy. You are granted a limited, non-transferable license to use them for personal education only.

You may not:

• Share your login or content with others.

• Sell, copy, reproduce, or distribute our materials.

• Claim our content as your own.

Legal action may be taken for breaches of intellectual property.

7. Certification

Certificates are awarded upon successful completion of all course requirements. These certificates are non-accredited unless otherwise stated, and are issued by Bombshell Beauty Academy for professional development and portfolio use.

8. Disclaimer

Our courses provide general information and guidance. We do not guarantee results or earnings. Success depends on your application of the knowledge, your efforts, and local business regulations.

9. Platform Availability

While we aim for uninterrupted service, we are not liable for technical issues, downtime, or errors on the platform. We may modify, update, or remove content at any time.

10. Privacy

Your data is handled according to our Privacy Policy. By using our services, you consent to the collection and use of your information as outlined there.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our platform after changes are posted indicates your acceptance of the revised Terms.
